When changes on your site do not immediately show, or when they show to a logged in user but not to an anonymous one, the culprit is most often a cache that needs to be cleared.  Generally the cache that requires clearing is the Drupal site's cache.

To clear the cache, do the following:

  1. In the Admin menu, hover your mouse over the little house icon in the leftmost corner.
  2. Click on Flush all caches in the menu that drops down.
  3. Once the cache has cleared you will be given a message on your screen informing you that the process is completed.
