Your webforms can send emails to any valid email address that you configure it to.  Additionally, you have a great deal of flexibility regarding how your email is configured and formatted.

There are a couple of different ways that you can template your webform's email.

Limiting your field display is the most convenient method, but this is best used when the webform is small and straightforward.

When your webform is large and/or complex, it will output a lot of data, as shown below...

...you'll probably want to use tokens to drastically customize your email output.
